Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy:
- SFRTA/Tri-Rail will accept merchandise for exchange provided all items are returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt.
- Refunds will only be provided on defective items returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Back Orders:
- SFRTA/Tri-Rail will advise you if an item is temporarily out-of-stock and provide a new date of delivery whenever possible.
- Should you decide to cancel an item that is temporarily out-of stock, a full refund will be provided.
